Q1: Where do we ship to?

At the moment, we only provide United States shipping. International shipping is one of our goals when we expand and grow.


Q2: What is in our lipgloss?

Our lip gloss contains grape seed oil, flavoring oil, and versagel.


Q3: Do I receive a tracking number for my packages?

Yes, once we ship your order you will be provided with a tracking number through the email you have given.


Q4: How long does it take my package to arrive?

Usually it takes 2-3 days for your package to arrive but due to COVID-19, these times might be extended.


Q5: Is there any plastic in our packaging?

There is no plastic in our packaging excluding  the bubble wrap in our bubble mailers.



Q6:How can I be a Glossy T Ambassador?

To be eligible for our Ambassador program, you must provide evidence that you have purchased with us and must email your application to [email protected]. We will examine your reasons for applying and will notify you if you have been accepted.


Q7:Are our products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, our products are gluten free and vegan. No animals have been harmed in the making of our products.
